  Depending on your time zone, it is possible it comes out every Wednesday. For me (In Australia) it is usually Tuesday or Wednesday at max.

Also forgot to mention, these masks eyes change colour as well. If you have blue eye colour, the masks eyes will be blue. If black, it will be black and so on.
